I have been a professional artist for over 25 years and in that time have worked in several mediums ranging from silk painting to polymer clay and acrylics. I owned my own Art Gallery as well in Manitou Springs, CO from 2011 to 2018. I've been very fortunate to be featured in magazines such as Professional Artist, Cowboys & Indians and Southwest Art. Currently, I have 5 galleries that represent my original art works as well as my website www.tracymillerfineart.com . And I have licensed my artworks in the print market as well. I live in the beautiful foothills of Colorado Springs in a wildlife interface area where I'm always inspired by nature and the surrounding wildlife. My favorite things to do are camping and road trips to our National Parks where I can gather reference material for my art. I think I was influenced in this color palette by my study of the fauvist painters as well as incredible Native American artists whose use of color was always outside the box. I really try to capture the essence of the animal I paint through my multi-layering technique and bold brushwork. "
